Volunteering @ Greenways

Volunteers

We welcome volunteers here at Greenways and have a number of parents, grandparents and friends of the school working with us. We recruit volunteers as general classroom support within a regular class and time slot. This can be doing anything from hearing readers, supporting individuals and small groups. We also offer roles supporting within the school e.g. getting stuck in with outdoor learning, organising the library or helping on school trips or sporting tournaments.

All volunteer placements are subject to an application process, references and DBS. Please note that we often have a waiting list for volunteers and therefore cannot guarantee an immediate placement.
